30 September 2007. Sunday. Himig Heswita was the guest choir of the 11AM Student Sunday mass in the University of the Philippines. They were accompanied by Musica Chiesa. Himig Heswita sang Arnel Aquino’s “Good It Is” for the Responsorial Psalm and “I love the Lord” for Communion.

20 July 2007. Himig Heswita and friends had a healing concert called, “Come to Jesus” at the Cardinal Sin Center, LST. It was a concert for those who were sick, including the terminally ill. Moreover, the concert was for Fr. Arnel Aquino SJ, who is going for studies in the US.

Rehearsals Galore

19 July 2007. One of the busiest months in the life of people in JMM is July. This month, we have two concerts: Hangad’s acapella and Himig Heswita’s Healing Concerts. Himig Heswita’s healing concerts on July 20 & 22 at the Cardinal Sin Center of Loyola School of Theology have been sold out. Since the events are for the sick, we expect all sorts of people suffering different ailments. Many of them are terminally ill. In this month’s concert we bid Fr. Arnel Aquino goodbye, before he leaves for special studies in the US. Here is the night before the first concert at 730 PM.
